Arioform Desktop Solution
Arioform Desktop for DigiMemo is the simple, affordable form solution that makes the digitizing of handwritten forms captured on standard paper using the DigiMemo digital notepad simple. Instead of using data capturers to manually collate information, ArioForm desktop allows single page forms to be digitized, either singly or in batches so that the data can then be transferred to an Access, CSV or XML file at the click of a button. ArioForm Desktop eliminates the need for time-consuming manual capturing of information and dramatically improves the accuracy of the information transferred into databases.
Design-IT allows you to design your forms in just a few clicks. Arioform Desktop allows the recognition of tick-boxes, radio-buttons, text fields, boxed fields, free-text fields, tables and best of class handwriting recognition technology is available in English and Afrikaans, with development of Zulu and Xhosa underway.
Process-IT analyses the ink files generated on the DigiMemo and converts the ink into data and digital text. The Batch Mode allows you to process and validate any number of forms together, easily and quickly. The data from forms can then be exported as a CSV (Microsoft Excel), MDB (Microsoft Access) or an XML file (for integration with line-of-business applications).
Arioform Desktop is a non-disruptive solution: you do not need to change your business workflow, nor make changes to the content of your forms. Nor do you need to buy and maintain expensive Tablet PC’s or PDA’s.
Arioform Desktop is compatible with Windows XP and Vista, as well as Windows 7.
